Vip theka Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before you start

1. Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to the vip theka platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between vip theka and all its users ("Members"). By accessing or using the website or app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These terms were written in English for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation, the original English version shall prevail. vip theka reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To become a member of vip theka, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information. Providing false details will result in account termination.
• Each person may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials (password) confidential at all times. Sharing account access with others is not permitted.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until account verification (KYC) is complete. Verification requires a valid National ID or passport.
• The email address and phone number on your account must remain active and accurate, as they are used to contact you when needed.

Vip theka reserves the right to decline registrations or verify any account. Additional documents may be requested if any information appears suspicious.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Vip theka supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all transactions:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum limit, though larger amounts may require additional verification.
• Deposits are processed instantly. If you experience any issues, contact support within 30 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from another person's account will not be accepted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) — typically 2–5 minutes. Bank Transfer — 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vip theka offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free spins, and referral bonus. Specific terms apply to each:

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wager on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.
• Validity: The welcome bonus must be met within 30 days; other bonuses generally have a 7–14 day completion window.
• Activation: You cannot have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Cancellation: Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Minimum Odds: For wagering purposes, only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher are typically counted.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system through any means — including bonus hunting or arbitrage — is strictly prohibited.

5. Betting Rules

Vip theka offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where the cash-out feature is available.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded. However, different rules may apply in certain situations.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed and bets are placed at those odds, vip theka reserves the right to void those bets.
• In Live Betting, bets placed after an event has already occurred may be voided due to stream delays.
• If match-fixing or any other irregularity is suspected, the bets in question may be placed under investigation.
• Maximum winnings vary by event. For large bets, please check the applicable limit beforehand.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip theka platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or group.
• Abusing the bonus system — for example, creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or exploit the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Threatening or intimidating platform staff.
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward other members.

7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Vip theka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, or if false information has been provided.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the member submits a request to close their own account.
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted under our Responsible Gaming policy.

If there is a valid balance in your account at the time of closure and no terms have been violated, you may request a withdrawal of those funds. Contact support and our team will review your case.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vip theka is not liable in the following cases:

• Loss of bets or inability to access your account due to internet connectivity issues.
• If the member's own negligence results in their login credentials being exposed.
• If a third-party payment gateway fails.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a technical error on our part, vip theka will review the matter impartially and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Changes & Updates to Terms

Vip theka may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any changes.
• For major changes, you will be notified via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
